Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy


We charge a flat rate of $10 per courier. This is automatically calculated at checkout. If you live locally and would like to pick your item up from our store, please tick this option. Pick ups need to be within store opening hours. Please check our website for these.

All items are shipped with Pass the Parcel. We will let you know when your items have been picked up and notify you with a tracking number. Orders are usually processed the next working day but it may take a little bit longer. Delivery timeframes are usually within 5 working days, but this may vary depending on where you live and courier availability.

As all our items are one offs, please choose carefully as we can not refund if you change your mind. If you wish to make a return please contact and let us know your reason.

Returns need to be within 10 working days of delivery. After this we can not accept them. Items must be returned in the same condition they left us – unworn and unaltered. We will require your proof of purchase.

Refunds are only offered in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the sender. Please use a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost items.
