Happy New Year and I hope that you all have had a safe Christmas Holiday. My name is Chris and I will be taking over from Kasmira who has gone on to bigger and brighter things. After much thought and reflection we have decided that we need to amend some of our policies to ensure the continuation of our great service in the new year.
Two new policies have been placed below:
Our Approval Service for Film and Theatre
Our Approval Service for film and theatre will be changing this year due to the increase in number of items taken without much measurement. There now will be a 50-cent charge required per item which can be paid upfront or via invoice.
Through streamlining the approval process by limiting items and placing a value on their worth and the time spent sourcing, we hope this will aid decision making, and encourage forethought.
Open By Appointment
In March we will be trialling an open by appointment system outside our normal opening hours for film and theatre, and large groups. You are also welcome to book a time within our opening hours.
Through booked appointments we will be able to organise more staff to assist and work closely with you to create a vision, and become a more personalised service.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment and with a minimum of 10 costumes to be booked.
